If something goes wrong on our end before your stash is activated, yes — we'll return your payment. After your stash is active and you've used it, payments are final. Crypto transactions can't be reversed by us, so we treat them as such.
Yes. Each stash is independent and gets its own 16-digit number. $100 per stash, paid separately. People use this for splitting personal vs. work, or for giving someone else a stash they fully control.

Important: if you send USDC or USDT on another network (Ethereum, Tron, BSC…), it won't be detected and can't be recovered. When paying from an exchange, pick the Solana network and send the exact amount shown.
Your 16-digit stash number is reserved and shown to you before you pay — save it. If your payment goes through, the stash activates automatically even with the app closed. Reopen the app and sign in with your number a minute after paying.
