Terms and Conditions

Last updated 7 July 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of quickstash.app. By using the service, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Service description

Quickstash is a digital application that lets you store, organize, and manage personal content. The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

2. Anonymous usage

The service does not require personal identification. Stashes are created and accessed anonymously using a 16-digit stash number and authentication cookies.

3. Payments

A stash is activated by a one-time payment made directly on-chain, in cryptocurrency (USDC, USDT, or SOL) on the Solana network, to a wallet address controlled by Quickstash. There is no third-party payment processor. Quickstash does not collect, store, or process any personal, billing, or card information; the only record of a payment is the transaction on the public Solana blockchain, which is associated with a wallet address and not with your identity.

The price is denominated in US dollars and payable in cryptocurrency at a conversion rate that is fixed for each payment at the time the payment address is generated and shown to you. That address, amount, and rate are valid only for the stated time window. You accept all risk arising from cryptocurrency price volatility, network fees, and exchange-rate movement.

You are solely responsible for sending the payment correctly. In particular, you must:

  • send only on the Solana network — funds sent on any other network (for example Ethereum, Tron, or BSC) cannot be detected, credited, or recovered;
  • send the exact amount shown to the exact address shown, within the stated time window, in a single transfer — separate or partial transfers are not aggregated and may not activate a stash;
  • save your 16-digit stash number, which is shown to you before you pay and is the only means of accessing your stash.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Quickstash cannot reverse, refund, or retrieve funds that are underpaid, overpaid, sent to the wrong address, sent on the wrong network, sent in the wrong asset, or sent after a payment window has expired, and accepts no liability for any such loss.

All sales are final once a stash is activated. If a payment is confirmed on-chain but fails to activate a stash due to a verified fault on Quickstash's side, Quickstash may, at its sole discretion, activate the stash or return the received amount in cryptocurrency to the originating address; this is the sole and exclusive remedy. To request assistance, contact support@quickstash.app.

Because no personal user data is stored, stash recovery, ownership verification, and payment-related operations cannot be performed by Quickstash.

4. User responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all data stored in your stash.
  • You must not use the service for unlawful or abusive purposes.
  • You must not attempt to interfere with, exploit, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • You are responsible for keeping your stash number safe — anyone who has it can access your stash.

5. Availability

Service availability is not guaranteed. Downtime, data loss, or changes to the service may occur without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quickstash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

7. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated at any time if these terms are violated or if the service is discontinued.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
